Nikhil Chaudhri is Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer at Welltower Inc. and is responsible for leading the company’s investments across acquisitions, debt investments, dispositions, and developments.

Mr. Chaudhri joined Welltower in 2016, and in his time at the firm has been instrumental in executing key transactions, restructurings and formation of strategic joint ventures and programmatic development partnerships.

Prior to joining Welltower, Mr. Chaudhri worked at JPMorgan Chase Bank, where he structured interest rate and currency derivatives for the firm’s US corporate clients.

Mr. Chaudhri holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSE in computer science engineering from the University of Michigan.
