Dave is the Arizona Health Care Association’s (AHCA) CEO, which was organized in 1953. AHCA represents skilled nursing and assisted living communities throughout the state of Arizona. Dave has been in association management for over 30 years.

Before working in his present position, he was the Executive Director for the Illinois Health Care Association (IHCA) for twelve years. Prior to IHCA he served as the Vice President of Political Operations for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in Washington, D.C.

Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, Springfield in Political Science. He is also a Certified Association Executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).
