Bringing over two decades of expertise in healthcare finance, Kevin Harbour joined Oxford Finance in 2021, assuming leadership of the firm’s Real Estate and ABL Originations and Underwriting teams. Since his appointment, Kevin has orchestrated the generation of over 40 transactions, resulting in over $1.6 billion in total credit facilities.
Prior to his tenure at Oxford, Kevin accumulated over 17 years of experience at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Most recently, he held the position of Head of Healthcare Loan Originations, steering a team dedicated to executing senior secured asset-based, real estate, and cash flow financings for middle-market healthcare organizations nationwide. Under his guidance, the team successfully originated over 100 transactions, resulting in over $5 billion in total credit facilities.
Kevin's professional journey encompasses diverse roles spanning originations, underwriting, and portfolio management. His multifaceted experience includes adeptly identifying and structuring new credit opportunities, navigating through distressed loans, and spearheading due diligence efforts for potential transactions.
Kevin holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
